The designer in action
Type a name and the lamp appears in 3D right away – letter by letter. You see every change live.
- Live 3D preview – rotate, zoom, light on and off.
- Font and diffuser – round or angular, recessed or flush, each with a single click.
- Colour and light – body colour, light colour from warm to cool, brightness. For trying things out – you print in your own filament.
Every name becomes a lamp
Short or long: the spacing has been tuned by hand for every letter combination. So every name looks balanced, the letters hold together and the light runs evenly through all of them.

Round or angular
Two fonts, two characters: round looks soft and playful – ideal for a child's room. Angular is bold and blocky, with large, clear light surfaces. In the designer you switch with a single click.
Thought through down to the cable
The print file is not just lettering but a complete lamp to put together.
- Every letter and every diffuser a separate part – neatly separated in one 3MF file.
- Diffuser recessed or flush – recessed, it sits deeper in the letter and the rim frames the light. Flush, it sits level with the rim at the front.
- LED channels placed automatically – at the most stable point between each pair of letters, matching the width of your strip.
- Cable opening in the first letter – adjustable diameter, with enough margin so nothing breaks.
- Size visible in advance – the designer shows width, height and depth right away.
Frequently asked questions
Which 3D printer do I need?
Any common FDM printer. Because every letter is printed separately, a normal print bed is enough – even for long names. You can open the 3MF file in any common slicer, such as Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer.
Which filament and which LED strip should I use?
PLA or PETG in your favourite colour works well for the letters, white or natural PLA for the diffusers. The channel is designed for 10 mm wide LED strips; you can choose 8 or 12 mm in the designer.
Which letters are possible?
The letters A to Z, up to 15 characters. Accents are removed automatically (ZOË becomes ZOE); special characters are not available yet.
Do I need to sign in?
Not for designing – the 3D preview works without an account. You only sign in for the print file, with your Google account or with email address and password. That way the file stays safely with you and you can download it again at any time.
