What costs you nothing
- Designing and 3D preview – as often as you like, even without an account.
- Colour and light – the print file does not depend on them; you print in the colour you want.
- Downloading again – your print files stay in your account.
- Creating the same lamp again – same name, same font, same option is not charged twice.
- Failed creation – if a print file does not work out, you get your credits back automatically.
- Technical settings – LED width and cable diameter at no extra charge.
Questions about credits and payment
How do I buy credits?
Sign in – with Google or with your email address – open your account and choose a package. Payment is via PayPal; the credits are there right after payment.
When are credits deducted?
Only when you click “Create print file” in the designer. Before that you see exactly how many credits the lamp costs.
Do my credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. Several packages add up.
Do spaces or other characters count?
Only letters count – A to Z, up to 15 per lamp. For every letter you print a separate part with a diffuser.
What about my right of withdrawal?
You can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days. At purchase you expressly agree that we start performing the contract immediately – so for credits you use for a print file, the right of withdrawal expires. Credits you have not used yet can be withdrawn within the period. Everything else is in the information on the right of withdrawal.
Do I get an invoice?
PayPal sends you a payment confirmation, and we send you a contract confirmation by email. If you need an invoice, write to info@datrax.de.
