Right of withdrawal
Here you can withdraw from a contract directly online – no sign-in needed. The information on the right of withdrawal follows below.
Withdraw online
Would you like to withdraw from a credit purchase or an order? Click the button, enter your name, the contract and your email address, and confirm. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ingo Hangebrauck, Datrax IT Services, Hauptstr. 35, 25782 Schalkholz, Germany, telephone: +49 172 8718094, email: info@datrax.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://namensleuchte.de/en/withdrawal/. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for credits
For a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (Section 356(5) German Civil Code, BGB).
We begin performance as soon as you use credits for a print file. For credits you have not yet used within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal continues to apply; in that case we refund the corresponding share of the purchase price.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for printed lamps
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). We make each of our printed name lamps individually with your name, your font and your colour. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
